Berlin Guards .:: Official Season 7 Thread ::.

New Secondary Logo

The Berlin Guards will have a new Secondary Logo which was created by Ken Chernoff. It will also be the Logo of the new founded "Guards Army".

The Jerseys

The new secondary logo is now on the shoulders of the home and road jersey. Except that the design has not changed at all. With Victor Olmos on the team the Guards added a new nationality to their team. That's why they added Spain as a new flag on the jersey.

ADIDAS will be the new brand for the third jersey. The jersey design will remain the same.

The Guards Army

The Guards Army is some kind of club for all the Berlin Guards supporters at TBN. With this club the Guards will try to promote their own hockey team at TBN. So even if you aren't a member of a BHL or BMHL team here at TBN you can join the force of the Berlin Guards and support them.

New Captain

With the retirment of Rob Grundy, the Berlin Guards lose a long time member. During the first home game of Season 7 the Guards will retire Grundy's number and will put his number under the roof of the O2 Center in Berlin, Germany.

With Grundy stepping down the Berlin Guards need a new captain. Today I am glad to announce that the new captain will be Ilya Sarin. During the home games Philipp Marquardt and Brad Philip will get the "A". On road games Miren Makwana and Timon Knoblich will be assistant captain.

The Arena

The Arena will get some minor changes. Some new boards and new upper ads around the rink.

totally unexpected..such an honor to be named the captain of this awesome franchise..thanks for all the support guys..

and im more than sure that with this roster, under this gm and with a great motivational support by our assistant captains we will be pretending for something huge in this season

i like that new secondary logo..looks so modern and unique at the same time..nice!

Ilya is the best choice for a captain ever. You picking him almost makes up for the fact that you stole my pre-lockout San Jose font for your jerseys after I already released mine.

Also, Pepe you need to change your sigs to add the new shoulder logos, especially after you just announced it.
