EA SPORTS NHL 09 COMMUNITY EVENT [EVENT BLOG]

Tuesday April 1st, 2008 // 12:06AM - Passport.. check, ticket.. check, money.. check ... Aright.. Last minute packing time! My favourite part of travelling ;p

Tuesday April 1st, 2008 // 2:30AM - Yea so, I can't sleep :P

Tuesday April 1st, 2008 // 5:37AM - Still havent slept, showered just now, got all my shiat ready.. gotta be at the airport soon!

Tuesday April 1st, 2008 // 8:33PM EST - Happend to run into some guys from the event in the airport without knowing them, and immediately finding out they were going to the event! Had a couple beers with em, chilled with my cousins, im sorta intoxicated...

Gonna meet up for dinner with the FULL crew this time.. TOMMORROW IS THE BEGINNING OF THE ACTUAL EVENT! MORE TO COME.

I still cant believe how early they are doing this community event. Hopefully it means that the guys will be able to provide some input that can actually be tweaked or implemented into NHL 09 before its release. Looking forward to hearing the latest

Man I hope they're able to tell us stuff from this event and not hold it all till like June or something.

Hope you're having a great time. I do agree that it is weird that this is really early this year. I wonder what stage the game is in and all that good stuff.

I'll be shocked if any real info comes out of this.
However, there's a slight chance as EA doesn't have any big releases coming out for the next month of so.
What would be their next big sports release? NCAA football? That's in June isn't it?

i can only imagine they will allow like 2 screen shots of the game but it will look just like last years..

Was at EA Headquarters today, played the game.. yes! there was a playable version!

Also, got alot of pictures coming ahead.. just gotta head to dinner!
