Dan O'toole reported this story this morning on Sportscentre, and he had tears in his eyes, he fought through and finished the story, and wow, it definately touched me, especially after reading this article. I really hope they win for the little guy, RIP buddy.
****, this is absolutely awful and I was literally in tears watching that TSN piece. Cancer is such an terrible disease and to have it at such a young age, it's unfair. Poor little dude. I really hope the Sens win the cup, for Elgin and for themselves.
i haven't cried in years, but some something to get me teary eyed its gotta be a touching story. that video got me teary eyed. i can't hate the ducks, but i'm starting to like the sens more and more.
God bless his little soul. It's a real shame he couldn't see 'em win it, but he's in a better place with no suffering. Kudos to the Sens organization for making his dream come true. RIP Elgin.
It really sucks that should the Sens win it, he won't be there to see it.
This reminds me of a story posted a while ago about Brendan Shanahan doing something similar to Mike Fisher--visiting a sick kid, etc. Like this one, that was was a real tear-jerker.
I'm still going for Anaheim, but I'll definitely be happy for this kid and his family if the Sens come away with the Cup.
